Collin was in his 20s when he founded AV Helpdesk in 2003 and has watched it grow into one of the pre-eminent consulting firms in the industry. He boasts numerous certifications and has become looked upon as something of a CAD expert in his 13 years in the AV world.

Chris has embraced a new wave of marketing by pushing the envelopes of social media, most obviously in evidence with the success of the AV Selfie at InfoComm 2014. He launched a team of bloggers known as Redband on AVShout.com and contributes regularly for CI.
