CI’s Quest for Quality Awards

Accepting on behalf of Salamander Designs is Scott Srolis, senior vice president of sales and marketing, who made the following comments: 

“Our team is extremely proud to win this honor and recognition from our integration partners. Our mission has always been to design and deliver the finest AV and technology furniture to customers — exactly how and when they want them. Long before the pandemic ever hit, our founder, Salvatore Carrabba, made a strong commitment to design and build Salamander Designs products in our own Connecticut facility in the U.S. This has always given us more control over our ability to rapidly manufacture and ship handcrafted furniture for dealers. 

“We pride ourselves on delivering quality pieces quickly, and that reputation means everything to us. Being made in the U.S., we were able to mitigate many issues, while remaining on top of inventory and shipping timelines for most all of our products. Our team did a phenomenal job of making it happen, even during challenging times. We also made sure to communicate with our integrators and partners on a regular basis, so they stayed highly informed of shipping and delivery every step of the way.
