These students worked during the fall 2017 semester for manager of classroom technology services Don DeMello in the OSU Integrated Learning Resource Center, a call center staffed by the students. They answered incoming calls from professors who struggle with technology in their classrooms, with the ultimate goal of finding a full-time job in the AV integration industry.
