Rob recently became the youngest member on the Board of Directors for NSCA. He is considered a thought leader in the industry for developing ATI into an IT-centric organization with strong service RMR. He enabled the development of a successful internship and apprentice program and diversified the organization to more than 20 percent female (including fellow honoree Kristina Johnson) and almost 20 percent veterans.
