Peerless-AV Combats Fatigue, Muscle Aches, Eye Strain in the Office

Published: 2015-04-20

Peerless-AV has announced a range of new desktop mounts designed to combat common workplace issues, such as fatigue, muscle aches and eye strain.

The new mounts offer single, double, triple and quad monitor positioning with the ability to position the mount just about anywhere on any desk or countertop.

Peerless-AV is taking on the stands provided by monitor manufacturers by offering a more eye-catching design, made from polished aluminium, complete with chrome and gloss black accents.

The triple and quad positioning desktop mounts also allow users to independently adjust the location of each individual monitor. The wide range of new desktop mounts support monitors weighing between 3.8 to 8.1kg, with one mount in the range, the LCT100S, supporting monitors up to 29 inches, in either portrait or landscape.

Attaching the mounts can be done in numerous ways, whether it be via a grommet, or clamp on the desk.

The LCT620AT-G and LCT620AQ-G have grommet mounting bases only, but the latter has four articulating arms, while the former features three arms. The LCT620AD and LCT620AD-G feature two height adjustable arms.

The two final mounts in the range are the LCW620A and LCTW620AD which features a single and double height adjustable articulating arm respectively, although it can be attached to the wall when there’s not enough desk space available.
