The BEST Award-winning projector caught a lot of attention at DP’s booth, where it was actually set up in a rear-projection configuration with its beam mirror-reflected onto the screen. The projector’s multi-view 3D projection technology enables several viewers to experience the 3D imagery and interactive possibilities, with head tracking and sensor tech able to produce imagery corresponding to their changing position, according to the company. It offers 360 frames per second at native 4K so there’s no compromise on image quality. “Essentially we have taken our 3D capabilities and sped them up three times, and what that does is it gives you different perspectives in 3D at native 4K,” says marketing & communications manager Kyle Greetham.
