Visitors to DP’s booth at InfoComm donned glasses and got right up to the screen where they could use virtual tools to work with and move virtual objects around, with their reactions reflecting the buzz DP created with the innovative projector. “This is going to be really big for visitor attraction, you can make amusement park rides, roller coasters would look amazing, you could imagine going through a haunted mansion where things pop out at you,” Greetham says. “And of course there’s a really big market for the engineering firms where you really want to get that added level of detail where perhaps your researchers can’t physically touch something – well you can get that added benefit from seeing it from multiple perspectives, multiple angles.”
