Optoma High-Brightness Projectors
Optoma recently announced five new projectors “designed to bring high brightness, along with core dependability, adaptability and cutting-edge image technology into classrooms, corporate boardrooms and multipurpose offices,” according to the company press release.
The WU465, EH465, EH460ST, W460 and X460 “deliver super-bright, sharp and colorful images to a range of environments, including those with higher ambient light,” according to the announcement. Each of the Optoma projectors features a 15,000-hour lamp life.
- Optoma WU465and Optoma EH465 feature super bright WUXGA and 1080p HD resolution projection with 4,800 lumens of brightness to shine in any environment. With a 20,000:1 contrast ratio, both projectors feature 4,800 lumens and a 1.5x zoom. Estimated street price (ESP) pricing is $1,299 and $1,199, respectively.
- Optoma EH460STfeatures 1080p HD resolution and strong brightness with a short throw ratio. With a 20,000:1 contrast ratio and 4,200 lumens, it projects an incredibly vivid, sharp and large 152-inch image from only 5.5-feet away. ESP pricing is $1,099.
- Optoma W460and Optoma X460, featuring WXGA and XGA resolution respectively, deliver 20,000:1 contrast ratio and 1.2x zoom. The W460 projects 4,600 lumens of brightness, and the X460 4,500 lumens. They are available for ESP pricing of $849 and $799, respectively.
