The team at Goldwater Bank in Phoenix, Ariz., was excited to make major upgrades to their central conference room. Ford Audio-Video helped them design and install a series of communicating AV systems that would allow them greater teleconferencing flexibility and personal comfort inside their stunning central conference room, which includes a 180-degree view of Phoenix’s downtown area and surrounding mountains.

Ford AV was brought into this project already constricted by a tight time frame. The customer was looking for a solution that would give them an elegant way to have board meetings without breaking the bank.

They wanted to be able to share presentations from their phones, tablets and laptops as well as conduct software-based video conferencing from a room PC with dual outputs.

Finally, they were looking for a bit of a “wow factor” that would give them control of the lighting and motorized shades in the space, according to the Oklahoma City-based integrator.
