This is the company’s 3rd consecutive win as the IP Camera / Surveillance category leader.
According to the magazine, there are 33 different vendors being used in the category. IC Realtime extended its majority in terms of market share by adding one more CE Pro 100 integrator compared to last year, when the company had precisely half (50) of the market share.
“IC Realtime has done a great job extending its customer service and high-quality cameras to the entire industry, but especially to the CE Pro 100,” says Jason Knott, editor-in-chief of CE Pro. “The CE Pro 100 Brand Analysis Study is watched closely by custom installers throughout North America because they want to know which brands the most successful integrators are using.”
“We’ve listened to what our dealers want, to what they need,” says IC Realtime CEO Matt Sailor. “From a customer support level, we’ve implemented a 10-year product warranty, including lifetime 7-days a week technical support where dealers can even arrange to have us call them at a specified time on the jobsite. This type of support is unprecedented in our industry.”
“From a hardware level, we’re committed to category-leading performance,” continues Sailor.
“A perfect example is our strong support of UL’s new 2802 performance standard for testing surveillance cameras. This essentially validates whether camera performance is as stated by the manufacturer. Initiatives like this are important to ensuring that the end-user gets what they’ve paid for which is crucial in the world of video surveillance. Dealers can expect the same from us—and more—on all these levels.”
Next on tap from IC Realtime will be the release of IC720 – the company’s new 720-degree platform which will make its way to market this summer in both a Megapixel camera line as well as software that can be used with other brand’s 180- and 360-degree cameras.
