The Skinny: The OMX-HDMI-SDI is Ocean Matrix’s latest product, which dealers can implement in a variety of installations to satisfy the need for HDMI in situations that aren’t typical for the format.
The Specs: Ocean Matrix explains the OMX-HDMI-SDI accepts HDMI signals and converts them into two (dual) SDI outputs with as many as eight channels of embedded audio. The product provides dealers with a simple and cost-effective solution that integrates into a variety of systems without taking up a lot of rack space.
Solutions: The OMX-HDMI-SDI adds SDI outputs to cameras, DVRs and other HDMI equipped sources. It can be used for applications that include field monitoring.
