Industry Tech Sales (ITS), the technology-focused distribution company is collaborating with control and automation provider RTI on an all-day hands-on training session on August 18. The training will take place at ITS’ headquarters in Mendota Heights, Minn. There is no cost to attend. Sessions require advance registration, and will cover the fundamentals of RTI and single room programming in the morning, with multi-room and commercial application programming in the afternoon.
“RTI has been a superb partner for ITS and for our customers” says Steve Konsor, director of operations of ITS. “They’ve delivered a wide range of products for dealers during the pandemic, where other control system manufacturers are dealing with back orders that are stretching out to a year or more. With the introduction of their newest programming platform, Integration Designer 11, along with the Coral design platform, installers can deliver elegant control system options for audio, video, lighting control, HVAC and more. We’re excited to offer our customers the opportunity to get hands on training on this dynamic line of products.”
The training will take place on August 18 at ITS, starting at 8 am, breaking for lunch at noon, and resuming until 5 pm. There is no charge for the training, but attendees must register for the class, bring along a Windows based computer with Integration Designer 11 software installed, and bring along a demo kit which includes an XP-3 processor, T2-X remote, and a universal tablet license. The class will be led by Tyler Nelson, a long time veteran of RTI and the industry. Class size will be limited to 20 registered students. Lunch will be provided to all attendees.
