Specifi IO, the system design, proposal and project management software provider, has entered into a data-licensing agreement with Snap One.

Per the agreement, Specifi, is making the entire Snap One product portfolio immediately available to integrators in the United States. The company notes it had an earlier agreement with Snap One that made their product portfolio available to integrators in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

The Snap One portfolio is already installed on the Specifi database and is ready for integrators to begin specifying solutions from the company’s breadth of brands in their quotes, according to Specifi Founder and Managing Director Matthew Booth.

“This data licensing agreement with Snap One for the United States market represents a milestone moment in our quest to make the world’s best project quotation and business management platform available to as many integrators as possible,” he states.

The data-licensing agreement is another reflection of Snap One’s commitment to help dealers grow their business, the company notes.

“We have and will continue to support third-party offerings that can have a positive impact on the growth and expansion of our Partners’ businesses,” says Jacob Tzegaegbe, VP of Strategy at Snap One.

“Specifi offers a complete specification, pricing, and business management solution in one package, and that is a benefit to our Partners.”

Specifi & Snap One Combination Aims to Elevate Integrators’ Business

Specifi EVP of Strategy and the U.S. Joe Lautner is excited for the two companies to come together.

“Snap One is the industry-leading provider of smart-living solutions and Specifi incorporates all the tools an integrator needs to design and manage an installation and their business,” Lautner asserts.

The Specifi complete business management platform incorporates over 20 time-saving key features, including the ability to automatically generate customized installation documents such as Cable Schedules and Network Maps while a system is designed.

In addition, the CRM enables users to capture a prospect from first contact, nurture them through to installation, and continue the relationship with lifelong support, the company stresses.

Specifi also differentiates itself as an AI-supported proposal creation tool. By entering some simple details on any project, Specifi-AI generates copy for the proposal that the dealer can review and edit before submitting to the customer.

For those who are unfamiliar with it, Specifi is available to integrators for a free 14-day trial period. Individual subscriptions (one user) are available for $119 per-month, team subscriptions (up to three users) for $279 per-month, and company subscriptions (up to seven users) for $549 per month.

Discounts apply if subscriptions are paid annually, and local taxes are extra.
