“I worked with my PAL professor to identify a note-taking app where I could take notes, create my own images, save audio, and walk away with solid, multimodal ‘notes’. I surprised myself because I was able to develop these notes during lectures with no visuals and while I wasn’t on my ADHD medication. Learning how to use this app on my tablet has improved my grades. Last year, I was getting Ds in lecture courses and this year I am earning Bs.”
