D-Tools System Integrator 2018 has completed its integration with Salesforce through the D-Tools Connector powered by Ennube Solutions.
Now, commercial AV and IT professionals will be able to use the combined features of Salesforce and D-Tools System Integrator 2018 “in a seamless workflow from initial lead tracking and opportunity management – via D-Tools’ SI Connector powered by Ennube – through project proposal, design, installation and ongoing service management,” according to the announcement.
“Commercial AV and IT professionals face a multitude of challenges associated with properly managing leads and opportunities, quickly and accurately guiding them through budgeting and estimation, sales, system design, purchasing and project management,” according to the company press release.

Through this integrated workflow, System Integrator 2018 connected with Salesforce “helps streamline operations, standardize processes and improve operating efficiencies,” according to the press release.
Now, commercial AV and IT professionals will be able to use the combined features of Salesforce and System Integrator 2018 “in a seamless workflow.”

D-Tools showed off several upgrades to System Integrator 2018 during InfoComm, including new capabilities for:

- Permissions and security protocols for larger companies
- Integration with PSA and USAV organizations’ product libraries
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance
- AutoCAD integration improvements
- Service contracts and recurring revenue
