Inside Christie Digital’s InfoComm 2015 Booth

Published: 2015-06-25

Christie Digital made a big splash at InfoComm 2015 with its many projector families and LED display panels at InfoComm 2015.

The Q Series of single-chip DLP projectors run on a two-lamp system up to 8500 lumens. Christie showed this projector view portrait-style at InfoComm, using an ultra short-throw lens.

Another projector family, the brand new Captiva, was tailored for the corporate and education markets. With HD and ultra-wide resolution, this projector enables computer plug-in and allows the user to put up two presentations side by side, for example, a Powerpoint and Excel spreadsheet, in a boardroom or classroom.

And of course Christie Boxer, the company’s newest unveiling, was in the booth showing bright 4K resolution at only 150lbs through 30,000 lumens. Projection mapping in the Christie booth at InfoComm is always a show-stopper, especially so in 2015 with the addition of Boxer.

Christie also presented its enormous LED panels, including backlight LED and a new touchpanel.
