Calling it a cost-effective solution, KanexPro says its EXT-HDBASE70E transmitter-receiver allows installers to extend uncompressed 4K Ultra HD signals up to 230 feet over a single STP Cat 6 cable using HDBaseT technology.
The addition to KanexPro’s HDBaseT extender family, which is designed to extend uncompressed HDMI video and multi-channel audio with bi-directional control signals up to 230 feet, is powered over Ethernet and includes one locking power supply for the sender side.
It supports full 4K@30Hz, 1920×1200 and pure 1080p/60 resolutions. The Extender is HDCP compliant and supports requirements for EDID management and CEC protocols.
