The Port Washington, N.Y.-based company WAC Lighting designs and manufactures a variety of residential and commercial lighting solutions. Recently the company expanded its line of LED solutions.
The Skinny: The newly announced LEDme line of Button Lights from WAC are designed for recessed or surface mount cabinet installations and can be used in a variety of building environments.
The Specs: WAC says the small footprint and energy efficient LEDme Button lights are engineered to deliver strong lumen output with extended product life. The product is available in miniature square and round styles with 1.5-inch aperatures and 2.125-inch widths.
The lights provide warm, directional 3,000k-degree light, and each unit consumes less than five watts. The proprietary LED technologies utilized in the products are said to be 90 percent more efficient than traditional incandescent lighting products, and it says the products produce 180 lumens.
Solutions: The fixtures are available in brushed nickel, black, copper bronze, chrome, dark bronze and white, and they install into residential and retail cabinetry.
