HRS Touchpanel Screen Controllers to Debut at InfoComm Show

HRS Control is set to launch its new HRS-e Touch touchscreen user interface during the annual InfoComm Show in Las Vegas.

With a background in the professional A/V market, including product and system design, the Midwestern company HRS Control knows what it takes to provide professional dealers with efficient product solutions.

The Skinny: During the upcoming 2014 InfoComm show in Las Vegas the Lake Orion, Mich.-based manufacturer is set to debut its new HRS-eTouch line of touchpanels, designed to provide dealers with a convenient way to offer their clients system control.

The Specs: According to HRS, the product line will include wall mount and desktop versions. The touchscreens are programmable through the company’s HRS Designer software, which permits a variety of custom features that range from specific functions to branding graphics.

“We’ve been moving more into commercial integration and as we work with clients on projects in commercial spaces, a common request has been for in-wall touchscreens,” says Drew Taylor, director of sales and applications for HRS Controls.

The company adds that the touchscreens can be used with a UDC Pro ECS-Raptor or other HRS Control servers in environments with multiple touchscreens, and the products also incorporate built-in control servers for applications where single interfaces are installed.

Solutions: The HRS-e Touchscreen Controllers can be used to control video processors, video routers, video conference systems, audio processors, lighting systems and other A/V and IT equipment.
