PlexusAV to Debut AVN4 Transceiver at InfoComm 2023

PlexusAV, the professional AV division of Sencore, providing a suite of human-focused AV-over-IP solutions (AVoIP), will unveil the AVN4 4K transceiver at InfoComm 2023. The AVN4 4k transceiver can be used as encoder or decoder. Based on the framework of SMPTE ST 2110, PlexusAV’s AVN4 transceiver eliminates the stress of selecting an AVoIP technology by leveraging a standards-based solution.

The PlexusAV ecosystem is built for interoperability because it’s based on the AIMS Alliance IPMX proposed standard, which is built on SMPTE ST 2110. Designed to enable transport of compressed and uncompressed video, audio, and data over IP networks, PlexusAV’s integration of IPMX specifications and standards addresses the professional AV industry’s need for a single set of common, ubiquitous standards-based protocols that ensure interoperability for AV-over-IP.
