Jabra’s Olly Henderson on the Hybrid-Work Revolution

As hybrid work continues its ascent worldwide, Collaboration Today and Tomorrow is sharing insights from recognized category leader Jabra. Recently, Dan Ferrisi, editor-in-chief of Commercial Integrator, chatted with Olly Henderson, head of technical solutions with Jabra. Their conversation touches on how workflows and workplaces, even now, are continuing to evolve.

The following video Q&A comes from Collaboration Today and Tomorrow, which is, of course, a supplement to Commercial Integrator.

During their short, 10-minute discussion about hybrid work, Henderson and Ferrisi touch on the following:

  • the transformation of offices into more focused areas of work
  • employees’ expectation for more engaging office environments with great collaboration hardware
  • the need for more rooms of a smaller size and more collaborative environments
  • the essentialness of human equity for today’s knowledge workers
  • why it’s unlikely that we’ll ever see a permanent mass migration from physical offices

Henderson also discusses key Jabra technologies that facilitate the excellent hybrid-work outcomes that he espouses. Thus, he shares information about the PanaCast 50,
the PanaCast 20 and other popular offerings from Jabra.
