Aurora’s latest product announcement is its DXE-CAT-RX3 line of HDBaseT solutions.
According to the Morganville, N.J.-based manufacturer, the product line provides residential and commercial electronics professionals a choice of models that incorporate balanced analog stereo audio inputs and outputs with mixing capabilities, as well as dual relays for screen/lift controls.
Features include the DXE-CAT-RX3A inclusion of a 3×35-watt amplifier and the DXE-CAT-RX3-C and DXE-RX3A-C’s on-board IP, web-based control options to support the ability for smart device control. Other features built into the “C” units include RS-232, IR, multiple relays, and audio input and output mixing control levels.
Installers can combine the DXE-CAT-RX3 products with its DXW-2 line of wall plates DXB-8 button panel for a streamlined A/V control and distribution system that utilizes a single Cat-5e/Cat-6 cable.
