It’s a three-peat. Shure has earned the Global Excellence Award from Global Presence Alliance (GPA) for the third-straight year.
[related]GPA, which is a network of AV integration firms that team to stretch out their collective footprint and provide global solutions, unveils its annual Global Excellence Awards to honor vendors that exhibit the highest level of commitment to delivering superior experiences to GPA members and global customers, according to a Shure press release.
In addition to Shure, also earning 2018 Global Excellence Awards are Crestron, NEC Display Solutions, Cisco, Samsung, Leyard, Logitech and Biamp.
Shure, a member of GPA’s Accredited Vendor Program, also earned the honor in 2016 and 2017.
“We are honored to receive the 2018 Global Excellence Award,” says Jim Schanz, global director of integrated systems sales at the company.
“Being recognized by the Global Presence Alliance is a great accomplishment for Shure. We are committed to creating innovative products and solutions for our customers across the globe and partnering with GPA enables us to deliver even greater success to our partners worldwide.”

According to a press release, each vendor nominated for a Global Excellence Award was rated across five categories, including:

Of the 40 vendors nominated, a select group achieve the status of Global Excellence.
Shure was selected as one of the clear leaders, demonstrating excellence in all focus areas named above.
