AtlasIED Updated its IPX Line with Integrator’s Requests in Mind

Published: 2020-02-03

We recently spoke with Gina Sansivero, VP of marketing & corporate communications at AtlasIED, about the company’s newly-redesigned IPX IP endpoints for VoIP systems which will be on display at their ISE 2020 booth.

Those endpoints have gone through a major enhancement, says Sansivero.

“We’ve added features our clients have been asking for: being able to change LCD background colors, to a new audio enhancement.

“When we are saying we’re bringing the same products back to ISE, we’re talking about newly-redesigned products that we enhanced over the past year.”

Watch the video above for our full discussion about where the company is going in 2020 and what ISE 2020 attendees can expect from them at the show.

But here are a few highlights.

On the importance of the European market:

“We haven’t the brand recognition that others might have and that’s not a bad thing. But what we’re now able to show these customers is that you might have heard us without seeing us — we’re in well over 50% of worldwide airports. You’ve definitely heard our product families. Dallas, LaGuardia… that’s our voice over artist and our system, though you won’t see our logo in those airports. Our systems are designed for mission-critical applications like airports.”

On going global:

“Our integrators are increasingly going global. What we’re doing is making sure we have the certifications for the European Union and we make sure our products adhere to those requirements.”

Reception at ISE 2020:

“We will be having a reception on Wednesday from 4 – 6 pm at the show. We encourage everyone to drop by and see what we can offer them!”

AtlasIED will be at booth #7-N190. Learn more about AtlasIED IPX and more on their website.
