Ford Audio-Video, the Houston-based AV integrator that earned the honor as CI’s 2018 Integrator of the Year, is hosting Innovate Showcase, a free, one-day event, at The Westin Houston Memorial City Hotel on April 23 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Guests are invited to experience “the latest in AV technology and learn how to best leverage it to improve the communication of their daily operations,” according to the Ford AV press release announcing the event.
“We are excited to bring this outstanding AV Showcase back to Houston,” said Mitchell Warren, Houston division manager for Ford AV, in the company announcement. “We last hosted this event in 2016 with record-breaking attendance. It has become Houston’s largest AV technology event.”
Impressive Lineup at Ford AV Innovate Showcase
The free, one-day Innovate Showcase will feature products from Canon, Christie, Cisco, Polycom, Samsung, Sony and more as well as the latest in Skype for Business AV solutions, videoconferencing, AV collaboration, BYOD, interactive solutions, digital signage, video wall solutions, integrated control systems and digital mixing and speaker systems.

“Today’s corporate communication solutions are changing rapidly and can seem impossible to keep up with, which is why we have assembled the leading AV technology companies in one room for customers to discuss their needs and learn about new technology and solutions,” said David Allen, corporate VP at Ford AV.
“We are excited about this year’s showcase,” said Paul Leach, director of marketing for Ford AV.
“We have added outstanding new training seminars that can bring impact to our customer’s communication needs as well as answer many common technology questions.”
Attendees have the opportunity to interact and speak with AV representatives from the nation’s top technology manufacturers, as well as learn about some of today’s leading trends.
Free educational seminars are available for customers throughout the day. Seminar topics include AV in an IT world, emerging technologies, wireless presentation systems, web conferencing and emergency communications systems.
