The Specs: Aurora explains the tuner is capable of decoding MPEG-2, MPEG-4, VC-1, H.264, H.265, and it can handle resolutions up to 4,096 x 2,160 at 60Hz via RF and LAN. The product also incorporates an onboard 4K scaler for viewing 1080p content on 4K displays, and it offers ATSC, QAM, DVB tuning options.

Control options include IR, RS-232 and IP, and Aurora states the product supports the ability to program any channel for OTA/broadcast or streaming content from the LAN.
