Garry Wicka of LG Electronics, USA, took the time to talk to CI about what the company has planned for integrators visiting its booth at InfoComm 2016, June 8-10 in Las Vegas.
If we learn about only one product innovation in your InfoComm 2016 booth, what should it be?
If you can only see one thing in our booth, I’d absolutely say our new 86-inch Ultra Stretch Display is a must-see. The unique display features an incredible aspect ratio of 58:9, and it can display dynamic content within any installation environment.
The display stretches over seven feet long and one foot wide, and weighs 44 pounds, making it perfect for a wide variety of installations from transportation to museums and even retail.
It features a brightness of 500 nits, UHD resolution and an IPS panel to ensure accurate color saturation and contrast at wide-angle viewing, resulting in a clear, crisp picture.
The Picture-by-Picture (PBP) feature allows users to customize and divide the screen up to four different pieces of content in landscape or portrait installations, which empowers integrators to customize the screen to maximize content. It’s a truly innovative and unique display that you must see while you’re at InfoComm.
What’s one last impression you’d like us to take away from your InfoComm 2016 Booth?
You’ll leave LG’s booth with a full understanding of the unparalleled breadth and depth of signage solutions offered. LG believes that design and technological innovation we’re known for is on full display at InfoComm.
