Pakedge Device and Software has released BakPak, a cloud management system that enables system integrators to remotely monitor, manage, and maintain their clients’ networks to ensure proper operation.
BakPak offers automatic monitoring and management of connected devices across multiple virtual local area networks; configurable notification alerts; device reporting information; management permissions controls; multiple “at-a-glance” visual options at the management and network levels; virtual stacking of Pakedge devices; and Pakedge Connect+ intelligence.
In addition, the system is designed to minimize on-site service calls, enhance client satisfaction, and build a new source of revenue through network remote monitoring and management services.
Pakedge is holding a product tour from July through September. The tour will make 31 stops across the continental United States to provide dealers and integrators with a live and interactive forum for learning about key Pakedge networking solutions. Learn more about the tour here.
