Tenflare, a provider of software, hardware and services designed to improve custom integration solutions, is launching Greenlight, a cloudbased service for enhancing AMX and Crestron control systems.

Greenlight cloud services for control systems is designed to provide easy integration, maximum reliability and unlimited flexibility, while providing a new, more efficient way for dealers to provide white glove service for mission critical systems.

“Many of the current control system monitoring solutions are far from ideal,” says Stephan Hosterman, Tenflare founder and CEO. “Most of them require additional hardware and only communicate with one control system manufacturer. Greenlight, however, was designed to handle the reliability and monitoring needs of the largest integration organizations that demand cross platform support.

“With Greenlight, integrators also have the ability to deploy remote actions to resolve issues rather than scheduling costly onsite service. Greenlight will streamline integrators’ business and keep customers happy, all while nearly eliminating service calls.”

Greenlight services encompass monitoring systems and devices, providing alerts and notifications, and maintaining detailed system history. Greenlight services run across web browsers, smartphones and tablets. In addition, all Greenlight interfaces and management tools were created using the latest Web design methods for maximum ease of use.

“We’re now unique in that we can offer customers cloudbased services connecting multiple platforms without requiring gateways or servers,” Hosterman says. “Our aim is to provide everything organizations need for managing multiple AV facilities from a central location.”

Tenflare’s Greenlight is available now and is offered through the company’s direct sales force.
