FEATURED REPORT

One that will not is MNEC (mass notification emergency communication) – that is, unless folks like Lencore Acoustics director of marketing David Smith are successful in their efforts to education attending integrators about an escalating demand for solutions that they may be equipped to provide even to their existing client bases.

During InfoComm 2014, Smith says Lencore (booth C10936)  is focused on helping integrators “understand the opportunity size for mass notification.”

The unfortunately truth is that organizations and campuses across all commercial vertical markets critically demand MNEC solutions. It’s estimated to be a $2.5 billion industry in 2014, according to NSCA executive director Chuck Wilson.

One step toward capitalizing on the demand, Smith says, is “understanding the simplicity of the system and how it goes together. He sees and opportunity for Lencore to work with integrators and help them offer client MNEC system installations that are “simple, quick, easy and cost-effective for everybody within the channel.”
