Planar Systems, a digital display manufacturer that most recently released its UltraRes 98-inch Touch 4K Display, is in the midst of expanding its U.S. Central sales team.
Earlier this week, Planar named Jeff Smith the new Director of Sales for the Central United States region.
Smith is a 30-year veteran of the pro AV industry. For the past 10 years, he has successfully developed and expanded Planar’s sales efforts throughout the central U.S. as Central Regional Manager.
Jeff’s promotion comes as Planar expands its sales efforts with additional U.S. Central sales team members based out of Texas, Oklahoma and Minnesota. New members of the Central U.S. sales team report to Smith.
Planar will have a booth at the upcoming shows ISE 2015 in Amsterdam and DSE 2015 in Las Vegas and will be showing its latest digital display products and solutions.
