Full Compass announces the addition of Doug Carnell to its executive staff. Carnell previously held the title of executive vice-president of operations at AVI-SPL, and will transition to his new role as chief operating officer of Full Compass in the next few weeks.
In this newly created position, Carnell will oversee daily operations and identify development opportunities for all Full Compass business channels.

Carnell brings 28 years of experience in the AV and integration business to his new role. He has been involved with companies ranging from $2 to $570 million in annual revenue, and he had been with AVI-SPL for the past 11 years.
