Middle Atlantic C3 Credenza Adds Another Honor as CI BEST Award Winner

Published: 2019-09-27

We hope Middle Atlantic Products executives left plenty of room on their award display case this year. If not, they’re going to need to clear some space for the second trophy this year for the C3 Series low-profile credenza, which earned honors from CI both at ISE 2019 and InfoComm 2019.

The C3 credenza was feted in February at ISE as the winner of a Top New Technology [TNT] award in the component racks category, then earned a Best Electronics Systems Technologies [BEST] Award at InfoComm for the best example of cabinets, furniture, racks, mounts and cases.

Middle Atlantic’s C3 Series low-profile credenza “marries modern aesthetics with a trusted rack frame and flexible equipment mounting options for commercial installations,” according to the company announcement.

Each C3 credenza includes rack-mount, small-device mounting, surge protection, power distribution and active thermal management, all of which adhere to rack mounting best practices to protect and extend the life of customer’s AV investment.

More About Middle Atlantic’s C3 Credenza

The 10-inch deep, ADA-compliant C3 Credenza series builds on the success of the C5 credenza with “modern contrasted finishes, versatile storage options underneath displays, in high traffic areas, hallways and meeting spaces.

Middle Atlantic’s Frame to Furniture design process “allows for maximum uptime and reliability that gets your AV gear installed and ready to use quickly,” according to the company announcement.

Each C3 credenza comes with power and thermal management built in to the frame.

Middle Atlantic is no stranger to winning in the CI BEST awards, having been chosen as a winner every year since 2014. That includes the L7 Series lectern in 2018, T5 Series conference tables in 2017, the Hub in 2016, L5 Series lecterns in 2015 and the Tech Ped technology pedestal in 2014.

We’ll see if they can keep that impressive streak alive in 2020. We’ll be in Las Vegas for InfoComm next year and we sure wouldn’t bet against it. Always ride the hot hand, after all.
