#AVTweeps Rally for ‘Wear Green for Greene’ Campaign

AV professionals are organizing a campaign to “Wear Green for Greene” in honor of the late John Greene on Wednesday, June 14 during the InfoComm 2023 show in Orlando, Fla.

According to a statement, Greene died in May of 2021 after a battle with cancer. An SCN Hall of Famer and former sales director at New Era Technology U.S., Greene was known for his passion for the commercial AV industry — including being a mentor to many and an enthusiastic support of diversity efforts. More importantly, Greene was famous for his sense of humor and deep love for his family and friends.

“Windy City Wire is honored to help support #GreenforGreene Day at InfoComm 2023,” says Lauryn Toczylowski, marketing director at Windy City Wire. The company is one of the many supporting the campaign. “It is our pleasure to help keep John’s memory alive and well in the AV industry that he so loved!”
