The Calif.-based company points out that commercial spaces are becoming increasingly more refined and high-end, but the audio products that address those spaces have not kept up. Theory Professional boasts that it is addressing this void head on—not only in terms of performance, but also, design.
The Theory product ecosystem offers many of the performance qualities of professional audio products, including dynamics, high efficiency, and rugged durability, but with the sonic delicacy, detail, and resolution of the best high-end high-fidelity products the company states.
Further supporting dealers and their commercial installations, Theory Professional continues is its full-system design approach that includes automatically tailored loudspeaker DSP.
“Theory makes a simple promise to deliver the very best performance in every product category we enter,” says Paul Hales, CEO, Theory Professional.
“A big claim for sure, but early feedback from AV integrators and specifiers has been unanimous—Theory has set a new bar for performance and design.”
Theory Professional Offers Integrators a Range of Product Solutions
According to the company, the Theory product mix was purposefully designed to include a small stable of high-utility loudspeakers, subwoofers, and amplified loudspeaker controllers that offer class-leading performance in every application—indoors and out. The current Theory line includes in-ceiling, in-wall, and mountable speakers, pendants, soundbars, subwoofers, and loudspeaker controllers.
Theory is scheduled to release a range of all-weather options in the second half of 2023.
“Theory is positioned to be the premium audio solution for the commercial AV market,” comments Marc Bertrand, COO, Theory Professional.
“Combine that with an organization focused on customer service, and we are confident we will deliver. We look forward to demonstrating just that to a broad audience at InfoComm 2023.”
