CI: What is the top product or offering your company is showing off at InfoComm this year, and what makes it unique or special?

XTEN-AV is a cloud-based software platform that automates Audio-Visual designs and documents for professional AV integrators.

Our AI-powered platform is a comprehensive tool which lets integrators choose products and specifications, generate designs, create a bill of material and end customer proposals, the professionals will welcome this holistic solution.

Our database of 165,000 products and 2300AV brands grants users the freedom to choose their preferred specifications.

Our top and unique solution is our patent-pending technology which auto-generates the wiring diagrams, signal flow diagrams and cable schedules for users which no other software solution provides.

XTEN-AV is an end to end solution for not just integrators and designers but also sales executives as well. Our platform enables salespeople to create jaw dropping proposals for clients and win contracts.

CI: What other products or offerings would you like to highlight, and what are some of their unique qualities?

XTEN-AV offers a complete CRM with an analytical dashboard for users to manage and track an unlimited number of projects and team-mates from one single account.

Our proposal tool also auto-generates a ‘Scope of Work’ document for the easy comprehension of clients.

The proposal tool also enables users to use their company logos and media files to fully customize the document they share with the clients.

It is very much a PRO-Tool and gives full autonomy to designers in finalising their drawings. To ensure this, our ‘last mile’ feature, the ‘Edit-Drawing tool” enables users to edit or add elements to the AV drawings after auto-generation which grants ultimate control of the design in their hands. They can also export the auto generated drawings to their preferred formats such as AutoCad, Visio, PDF etc.

CI: What else is new or noteworthy about the company for 2019?

What is noteworthy about XTEN-AV this year is that it is our first showcase to the industry at InfoComm and there is no solution like our platform. We were able to create this patent-pending comprehensive solution for AV professional within a 2 year span and are proud of what we made.

We are confident of our software’s prowess and have even thrown a challenge to any who can bring a design tool and beat us at booth #4347 InfoComm.

CI: What do you see as some of the top opportunities in the marketplace right now and how can you help integrators/consultants tap into them?

There are several critical gaps that we perceive in the market which are:

  1. There is no tool/ software/ platform that auto-generates designs that too on AVIXA’s standards and guidelines.
  2. The pricing model that we offer is quite affordable compared to other software in our space.
  3. We plan to onboard as many manufacturers as possible to share relevant and new updates about their products to keep integrators informed about using the best specifications possible.

CI: What’s the one lasting impression you’d like integrators to have after visiting your exhibit at InfoComm?

XTEN-AV strives to make the user’s business more efficient with the help of our platform. In all businesses, turn around time is the key to success. Our cloud-based solution ensures exponentially faster project execution, thereby doing more for customers and their own practice.

Our thought process stems from years of experience in the PRO-AV industry where it still utilises laborious and legacy methods to create designs. We are of the belief that software technology is the biggest enabler for any industry in our times and there was a clear opportunity to be the first mover in this domain.
