XTEN-AV’s newly updated Zoom Rooms proposal tool will be on display at CEDIA Expo 2019 in booth #933.
The copmany says the updates to its cloud-based dealer tool were driven by user feedback, and the soon-to-be-released software is designed to make integration businesses more efficient.
“Since our launch at InfoComm in June, we have received tremendous feedback and inputs from our users, and we have charted out a roadmap for enhancing XTEN-AV for all users,” says Vibhav Singh and Sahil Dhingra, co-founders, XTEN-AV.
“These new features reiterate XTEN-AV’s vision to make the platform a powerhouse for AV systems integrators in all phases of any project.”
XTEN-AV Software Design Flexibility
According to the company, its new Zoom Rooms proposal tool template comes at an important time .
XTEN-AV explains that as more commercial integrators incorporate unified communications and collaboration products into their designs, its new template will enable integrators servicing the commercial market to create meeting spaces that include Zoom-based conferencing software.

Some of the other features built into software include the ability to analyze a project to recommend compatible products; the ability to create wiring diagrams, bills of materials and end-user bid proposals.
In addition, the Union City, Calif.-based company says users can increase their productivity through the software’s built-in CRM and analytical dashboard.
