Most AV professionals and Integrated Systems Europe (ISE 2019) attendees are familiar with InFocus Mondopad touchscreen collaboration solution, but are they familiar with the entire Mondopad family?
At InFocus ISE 2019 stand 2-B60, VP of marketing Loren Shaw walks us through the difference between Mondopad Ultra, Mondopad Launch and Mondopad Core, and the different customer needs each touch collaboration solution addresses.
It was important to expand the product line, explains Shaw. “Pretty much all the competition in the market out there has one solution,” he says. “It kind of forces you to work that way.”
Shaw says that InFocus wanted to create solutions that allows customer – not hardware – to determine their workflow. “What we’ve designed is a series of products that allows you to work the way you want to and [to have] flexible approach.”
Not only does this benefit customers but resellers as well, he says, pointing out that even within one project a customer might have different needs for different rooms. “This allows us to offer that choice. It allows us to make the customer happy [and] they’re not going pay for something they’re not going use.”
