Emmy-winning television host and producer, Georgia Tech engineer, HGTV designer and third-generation craftsman, Chip Wade will deliver the 2025 CEDIA Expo keynote.
In “Beyond the Blueprint: Where Innovation Meets Intention,” Wade will explore how to create purposeful spaces that drive success for builders, designers, and integrators, balance trends with timeless design, and foster collaboration for greater impact. Drawing on real-world insight and examples, he’ll share strategies to blend aesthetics, functionality, and innovation, while underscoring the importance of adaptability, teamwork and meaningful decision-making.

As an Emmy Award-winning host, designer and executive producer, Wade has become known for his creative direction and innovative problem-solving. He’s lent his expertise to the Atlanta team of HGTV’s Designed to Sell, HGTV’s Elbow Room, Curb Appeal: The Block, Ellen’s Design Challenge, HGTV’s Design Star, Wise Buys, Super Great Rooms, Hotel Impossible, Oprah, Rachael Ray, The Weather Channel, Fox News, NBC and CNN. Wade is also the owner and lead designer of Wade Works Creative, offering services in video and digital productions, residential and commercial design, architecture and building “one-of-a-kind amazing stuff.”
