ConnectWise makes business software solutions with a particular focus on technology markets such as AV integration. At InfoComm 2018, however, the company wants to talk about your business – and your workflow – as much as its own business software.
Obviously, software is what ConnectWise does and “there’s quite a lot within the platform” for the integrator community, says John Fry, sales manager, SELL & low voltage. But the solutions provider knows that what it learns from integrators during InfoComm 2018 at its booth N3222 can improve the solutions it can offer them.
“What I’m most excited about are all the insights that we’ve collected over the last several years as we really try to penetrate this market,” Fry says.
That includes discussions about the types of products the integration firms use. Those conversations help the company understand the products and other software packages that are important to collaborate and talk to the central hub to be managed.
“Bringing those things together is what’s most exciting because that really solidifies the workflow of how these integrators operate,” Fry says.
