At this year’s InfoComm show in Orlando, XTEN-AV captured the industry’s attention with the launch of XAVIA, an AI agent designed specifically for the AV industry. Co-founders Sahil Dhingra and Vibhav Singh shared their vision for XAVIA during a well-attended launch event, which stood out amidst a packed evening of activities. The turnout and enthusiasm underscored the industry’s appetite for meaningful innovation.
XAVIA integrates into XTEN-AV’s XNAV platform, which already supports modules for drawings, proposals and project management. What sets XAVIA apart is its ability to automate complex, time-intensive tasks. By leveraging advanced AI, including large language models (LLMs) and proprietary algorithms, XAVIA can process extensive project documents, extract specifications, suggest products, and generate detailed deliverables like line schematics, signal flows and proposals — all in a fraction of the time it would take manually.
During the event, Singh demonstrated XAVIA’S capabilities live, showcasing how it could analyze a 100-page document, create a bill of materials (BOM), and generate project documentation in minutes. The audience watched as XAVIA produced detailed line drawings and other essential documents, highlighting its potential to streamline workflows and reduce bottlenecks for AV integrators.
XTEN-AV XAVIA is More Than an AI Tool
“XAVIA is more than just an AI tool — it’s a personal assistant for AV professionals,” Singh explained. “Whether you’re in the office or on-site, XAVIA empowers you to accomplish 10 times the work in the same amount of time, allowing integrators to focus on what truly matters.”
The launch of XAVIA is a significant milestone for XTEN-AV and the AV industry as a whole. By addressing real-world challenges like time constraints and manual inefficiencies, XAVIA offers a thoughtful, practical solution that could redefine how AV projects are managed and executed.
