The Specs: Peerless-AV’s DST995 Flat/Tilt Universal Ceiling Mount offers dealers a solution that can accommodate medium- to large-size flat-panel displays, and a storage area for media players. Calling it a “single-box solution,” the DST995 features a ratchet-tilt design that provides up to 15-degrees of tilt in landscape or portrait positions, and it features VESA compliant mounting patterns for 200×200, 300×300, 400×300 and 400×400. In addition, Peerless-AV supports the mount with its ACC-V800X adapter for 600×400 and 800×400 patterns.
Peerless-AV adds that the product includes security provisions to deter any sort of tampering or theft attempts, and that the product is engineered to provide easy access for users to store computers and other types of media players without having to remove their previous players. The mount also includes provisions for cable management, and a removable rear cover that helps to streamline its industrial design.
