Solotech, a global provider of audiovisual entertainment and technology, announced the appointment of Bob Leonard as its vice president of operations, Sales and Systems Integration Division, USA, starting September 5.

Leonard boasts more than 25 years of experience in AV, and he will bring forward-thinking solutions based on his expertise in the fields of integration and collaboration, including audiovisual installs for hotels, but also in live event and production.
Solotech notes he is a noted strategic, organized and efficient leader with a demonstrated ability to manage teams through navigating complex business challenges, all whilst consistently delivering on high expectations.
In his new role, Leonard will be responsible for the day-to-day management, leadership and the development of his team. He will oversee the U.S. activities to ensure efficient operations and cost-effective systems are upheld, while meeting current and future needs of the organization.
Leonard will play a key role in Solotech’s continuous improvement and growth vision, says the company.
