AVAD, a North American distributor that covers the residential and commercial custom installation markets, has announced a brand-new training program.
“Commercial Days” will be scheduled periodically at various AVAD branches and will provide local dealers the opportunity to participate in commercial training sessions and take advantage of special savings on commercial products.
The first “Commercial Day” takes place at AVAD’s Toronto branch on Thursday, April 23 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. As part of the event’s curriculum, the training will include InfoComm accredited classes, product demonstrations, and opportunities to meet with vendors and subject matter experts.
“The training sessions are designed to help dealers who want to get into the commercial market and commercial dealers who want to broaden their market knowledge and value,” notes Lei Lei Trock, senior marketing manager for AVAD. “We strongly believe in providing our dealers the necessary tools to help grow their businesses in the commercial marketplace. Commercial Day is our commitment to making that happen.”
