We’re full steam ahead in 2025, #avtweeps, and I am excited for this year to kick off as the E4 Experience powered by Exertis Almo is back in full effect.
Each year, there are four events throughout the country. And each year, on each stop, the E4 Experience continues to provide valuable education sessions and a space where we all can continue to foster community.
From Dallas last month to Teaneck, N.J., this month, the E4 Experience is guaranteed to bring industry gems right into your backyard, which creates easy access to all things AV for all AV professionals.
I believe that the E4 Experience is a game-changer — and I speak from experience. When I first found the world of AV and the community of #avtweeps, one of my first industry events was the E4 Experience in Dallas.
I was able to take audio training that helped propel my career to where it is today. I was also able to network with industry experts that have guided me through my career as well and it all started at the E4 Experience. Whether you’re a seasoned vet or a newbie coming into the industry, the E4 Experience is one you don’t want to miss and here’s why:
Education
The E4 Experience has been honored with multiple awards for being a valuable, free, one-day education, training and AV tech expo for integrators and their end users. This event brings together some of the top educators and manufacturers in the world.
Within the education track on each stop, you can earn AVIXA CTS Renewal Units (RUs). If you have a CTS, this is a great way to earn a good number of RUs on a single day. At the E4 Experience, you can expect to learn the latest business and industry trends that keep you ahead of the curve and grow your career.

Engage
The community within our industry is so important I can’t drive this message enough. Networking in any forum or industry is important but there is something about the bounds and relationships built here.

Within the E4 Experience expo hall, there is so much to do and see. (Side note, if you see me in the expo hall, there will be a lot of hugs and dancing, so be ready for it.) However, the expo hall showcases over 50-plus manufacturers within the Exertis Almo family.
You’ll find the biggest brands in AV on the show floor, from audio to digital signage to PTX cameras to drone technology. There is something new and exciting on the show floor to spark any #avtweep’s interest. So, you can expect to step into the expo hall and see technology that will spark new ideas that provide solutions to your AV needs.
