Xyte, the Mountain View, Calif.-based, developer of an AI-powered cloud platform for AV teams, systems integrators and manufacturers to connect, orchestrate, monitor and troubleshoot connected devices at scale, announced the launch of its new Logitech Sync connector within the platform. This latest addition empowers AV, IT, and facilities teams to manage Logitech rooms and devices alongside their broader UC and AV environments – all from a single pane of glass.

Logitech Sync Connector: Advancing Unified Device Management

According to the company, the Logitech Sync connector advances Xyte’s mission to unify fragmented ecosystems. By consolidating visibility, monitoring and control of Logitech environments directly within Xyte, the connector enables organizations to proactively manage devices, streamline workflows and reduce the need to switch between multiple vendor platforms.

Enhanced Visibility and Management

With the new connector, users gain immediate access to critical room and device data, from online/offline status and occupancy to error reporting, firmware versions and peripheral counts. These insights are further enriched with new capabilities such as tracking room usage trends over time and linking back to Logitech Sync for advanced troubleshooting.

“As powerful as this is today, we’re just getting started,” says Omer Brookstein, CEO and co-founder of Xyte. “We will continue expanding the depth of available data and analytics, giving organizations even greater visibility and control across their multi-vendor environments.”

Seamless Onboarding and Flexible Access

Logitech devices can be bulk onboarded via direct cloud integration, with automatic syncing that eliminates manual setup and accelerates deployment at scale. Xyte offers a number of other direct cloud integrations, including Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Biamp Workplace, BrightSign, Domotz, Sony, Crestron XiO Cloud, Neat Pulse and QSC Reflect.

“Our mission is to unify fragmented ecosystems and give enterprises and service providers one place to manage everything, without losing the flexibility of vendor-native tools,” adds Brookstein. “The Logitech Sync connector marks another step toward that mission, empowering organizations to proactively monitor, manage and optimize their AV deployments.”
