Avidex Acquires CCS New England

In the latest AV industry M&A news, Avidex has acquired CCS New England, an audiovisual systems integrator serving the greater New England region. This strategic move unites two highly respected AV integrators to deliver greater innovation, capabilities and service excellence for clients across the Northeast. While CCS Presentation Systems has operations across the U.S., this acquisition is specific to CCS New England, the operating entity serving Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

Founded in 1998 by Chris and Cheryl Gamst, CCS New England has earned a reputation as a trusted AV partner, offering design, integration, programming, and support services to corporate, education and government clients. Over the past 25 years, the company has grown to more than 70 employees and built a portfolio of prestigious clients, including Raytheon, University of New Hampshire, New England Aquarium and Bryant College.

By joining Avidex, CCS New England clients and employees will benefit from Avidex’s national footprint, centers of excellence and global deployment capabilities, says the company.
