Just over a year ago, Snap One became part of ADI — a major step forward for both companies and a turning point for our industry.

Across my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with leading brands, large tech innovators, and fast-growing businesses but joining this industry in 2020, has been especially meaningful. I have deep respect for the work you do and the entrepreneurial spirit that drives it.

We all know change isn’t easy. But when it’s grounded in purpose with a shared commitment to customers, it makes us stronger – and truly Even Better Together. That has been our mantra over the past year at ADI | Snap One, and we’re just getting started on all the ways we are here supporting your business and your customers.

Innovation fuels our industry. Over the past year, we launched approximately 500 new Exclusive Brand products, many earning industry accolades. From the next-generation Control4 X4 platform and Lux Lighting, to advancements in WattBox, Luma, and Episode, our roadmap has never looked stronger. Our team is focused on delivering best-in-class product experiences – giving you more performance, more reliability, and more ways to grow. (And, yes, Control4 remains an authorized brand only.)

Expanded Portfolio

We have expanded access to over 5,000 new SKUs from our third-party distributed brands, giving you access to more than 20,000 products across ADI and Snap One, and we’re not slowing down. You deserve more – more choice, more value, and more of what you need, all in one place. Whether you shop online or in-store, you can access the same products and expect the same great experience.

Greater Buying Convenience

We know that time is money. That’s why we’ve increased product depth and improved availability at all our stocking locations — to give you more speed, more convenience, and more ways to get what you need faster and easier. And we’re bringing you more value by allowing you to earn rewards in both loyalty programs on our Exclusive Brands regardless of which storefront you shop. With 200-plus stocking locations, our inventory is always just around the corner.

An Expanded Footprint

We’ve opened our first combined ADI | Snap One stores in Omaha, Neb. and Pittsburgh, with many more on the way. These locations bring together the best of both companies, designed around your needs — to give you more choice, more accessibility and more specialized expertise. Plus, we’ve also added AV specialists in each store to ensure you get the local expert support you have come to expect from us.

Smarter, Faster Digital Experience

Over 65,000 customers are actively engaging with our platforms. We’ve enhanced speed, AI-powered search and usability across ADI’s sites to give you more efficiency, ease, and accuracy. Big improvements are also on the way for Snap One’s e-commerce experience — stay tuned.

Stronger Services for Growing Businesses

We’re committed to helping you grow revenue and increase RMR. We’ve enhanced Control4 Connect (eliminating Core Lite for single-room installs) and continue investing in Connect, Assist, Parasol, OvrC and design services to help you scale and succeed.
