They also rely on note taking and collaboration tools such as Evernote and Dropbox, according to CI research.

“[Because] I’m in sales/marketing, I have a lot of apps I use regularly. Evernote and Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc) give me the ability to take and store notes anywhere, from my phone, tablet or lappy. They also give me the flexibility to work on the road and create/edit/review/share documents from the cloud,” said Dawne Meade of Net-AV in the CI survey.
