InfoComm Q&A: wePresent WiCS-2100 Presentation System Includes More Integration

InfoComm attendees will be able to see wePresent‘s new WiCS-2100 presentation system as well as its entire Collaboration Management Suite on June 14-16 in Orlando.

Ahead of the show, Eva Cannon, director of marketing, wePresent, gave CI a preview of what’s in store for the company’s booth (#4243) at InfoComm 2017.

If we learn about only one product innovation in your InfoComm 2017 booth, what should it be?

WiCS-2100 – our new flagship model of our collaboration line.

Like all wePresent presentation systems, the WiCS-2100 allows any user on any device to share simultaneously, WiCS-2100 also includes full integration of Apple AirPlay and audio/video from Chromecast.

WiCS-2100 can utilize discrete power with the new configurable eco standby mode. The redesigned user interface offers dynamic layout of multiple presenters and improved moderator controls.

What if we have time to see one more thing?

Our Collaborative Management Suite (CMGS) is specifically designed for enterprise clients who need a robust solution for managing wePresent models in a large deployment environment.

CMGS provides IT professionals and network administrators with web controls to monitor, diagnose and update our units within their enterprise environments.

What’s one last impression you’d like us to take away from your InfoComm 2017 booth?

We are focused on the collaboration and interaction experience in the education environment. Movements such as the Scale-Up project and or TEAL approach have schools to rethinking the design of their classrooms.
